iPack Programming Kit

The iPack Programming Kit is used to program NRG Systems iPacks through the iPack Programming Port found on all NRG Systems Symphonie data loggers.

A computer equipped with a COM or USB port running the current version of Symphonie Data Retriever (SDR) software can be plugged into the SymphoniePLUS data logger to verify or reconfigure iPack settings without having to remove the data logger and iPack from the tower.

*As of May 2007, a USB to RS232 converter is included to adapt the DB9 cable to computers equipped with only a USB port.

Kit includes a tower mounting bracket and hardware for easy installation.

The iPack Programming Kit includes:
  • iPack Charger, 15VDC@1A,100-240VACin
  • AT Modem Cable, DB9 (female) to DB25 (male), 6' long
  • Serial Cable Extension, DB9, Female to Male
  • USB Adapter, 1' long
  • Programming adapter (allows iPack programming through a communication port in the logger)

If you have checked the documentation, forums, and Knowledge Base and are still having problems with your equipment purchased within the past two years, you will need to contact NRG for a RMA return authorization number to return a defective product. Repair Service
